I’ve always liked menus…

…and I’ve always been a critical examiner of them. Not of restaurants, just their menus. I think the menu strongly foreshadows the experience you’re about to have when you sit down. My infatuation with menus has led to these fictional, “what if” menus that are extremely fun to make and I hope they’re fun to read.
